The client has the right to withdraw from the contract, which may be exercised within 10 working days from receipt of the purchased goods, in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of Law Decree No. 185/99.
The customer must send Assisi Jewels an e-mail to assisi@assisijewels.com, which must necessarily be confirmed by registered mail within the following 48 hours to the following address:

In the notice of withdrawal, the customer must always indicate the purchase order number and the identification code of the products.

The shipment must be sent to the following address:

Assisi Jewels, Via San Francesco 14, 06081 Assisi, PG, Italy

The customer must return, at his own care, risk, and expense, the purchased products, intact and complete (including the original packaging), to the address indicated above, within and no later than 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the purchased products.

For the sole purpose of the expiry of the aforementioned term of 10 (ten) working days, the products shall be considered returned at the time they were handed over to the forwarding agent or the accepting post office.

Withdrawal may be exercised for the entire product purchased and may not therefore be exercised in relation to only part of the goods ordered.

Conditions

• The products must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must not show any signs of use and/or wear.
• Each product must be returned inclusive of all original packaging and accessories received with the order, which are considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way.
• In the event that the client receives defective goods, or if there are any errors in the shipment by Assisi Jewels, the client shall follow the same instructions as stated above.
• Assisi Jewels reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to their destination.
• All returned products shall be subject to inspection and must comply with all parameters listed in the return procedure.
• Assisi Jewels reserves the right to set a charge of 10% of the value of the returned merchandise in case the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions of our return policy.
• Assisi Jewels reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.
• However, acceptance of such returns shall incur a charge of 10% of the value of the returned merchandise.
• The right of return does not apply to personalized and/or engraved products.
